PROCESSING TECHINC

Limestone milling is generally divided into limestone coarse powder processing (0 - 3MM), fine powder processing (20 mesh -400 mesh), and ultra-fine powder limestone deep processing (400 head - 1250 mesh) and micro powder processing (1250 mesh - 3250 mesh ) Four types.

  • The first stage: broken

    Limestone large pieces of material are broken by a crusher to enter fineness (15mm-50mm) into the mill.

  • The second stage: milling

    The broken limestone small pieces of material are sent to the silo by a lifting machine, and then evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding by a vibrating feeder.

  • The third stage: Grading

    After grinding, the material is graded by a separator. Unqualified powder is graded by the separator and returned to the host for re-grinding.

  • The fourth stage: collecting powder

    The powder with fineness follows the air flow and enters the dust collector for separation and collection. The collected powder is sent from the conveying device to the finished product silo through the discharge port, and then is uniformly packed with powder tankers or automatic balers.
